Sports week

Although sports day was postponed, that didn’t stop us from having a very fun and sporty week during our school sports week. EYFS joined with KS1 for two dance sessions on Monday and Friday. On Tuesday morning we all learned some rugby skills with visiting coach, Mark. Following our school trip on Wednesday, the children were tired, but still managed the challenge of running 5 laps around our EYFS field, press ups and lots of other sporting activities in the afternoon. Thursday presented what turned out to be a tricky challenge of passing a bean bag round the circle without dropping it. However we did manage to pass round the “friendship circle” without breaking the circle! These were repeated with key stage 1 on Friday too.
