Mathematics
This term we have begun using Red Rose Maths for our maths planning throughout the school. We are creating Numberland and using their number formation phrases to practise and improve our number writing skills. The reception children have been making part sets in different ways to make a whole set. There has been lots of indoor and outdoor exploration of these number skills. Nursery children have been practising accurate counting skills and number recognition.
