Mrs Dowson’s Farm Trip
“This is the best day ever!”, said several children, and it was!
A huge thanks goes to all who helped on our Reception and Key Stage 1 trip to Mrs Dowson’s farm today, James and Amy gave us a warm welcome and introduced the children to so many animals, including Boris the bull, Oscar the rabbit, Ginger the pic and Oreo the llama. Many children overcame their fear of some animals and the delight in the faces of so many children and the way they behaved made this the perfect day. Thanks also to Lakeland’s coaches for their safe and friendly transport to and from the farm, with a very excited Scarlett when she saw that Grandad was driving us back to school!
