Class assembly about Advent
In RE we have been learning about Advent. The reception children led the school in an assembly about Advent. They spoke clearly and confidently when talking about the significance of the different parts of the Advent wreath. Adgie read the scripture from John, Chapter 8, verse 12:Jesus said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will have the light of life and will never walk in darkness.”
We will all try to be more like Jesus during the time of Advent.
