Anti-Bullying week and Children in Need

Last week was Anti-bullying week, with this year’s focus being One kind word.
The reception children led Friday’s assembly by illustrating how kind and unkind words can have a huge effect on the well-being of others. Everyone wore odd socks for the day to illustrate how everyone one of us is different and special in their own way. With it combining with Children in Need, a collection was made and over £100 was raised for the charity.
