Doubling, halving and number bonds to 10 in maths.
During the past few weeks, nursery children have been developing their understanding of number and identifying what 1 more or 1 less than any number up to 10 is. The reception children children have been practising addition and subtraction skills, doubling and halving numbers to 12, measuring the height of beanstalks and the capacity of a range of containers.
