Due to an unexpected boiler breakdown, there is currently no heating in the school building. For health and safety reasons, the school will be closed today, Monday 5th January 2026. Football news

It has been a busy sporting week here at St Joseph’s. On Tuesday our Year 5/6 football team took part in the ‘Kid’s Cup’ where we demonstrated real team spirit, not conceding one goal thanks to our defence and Gus in goals! On Thursday our ‘Girl’s Football Team’ joined the rest of the Ribble Valley schools at Bowland High School where the girls drew three and lost one – we must give Grace Hardman a shout out who showed a great commitment to the game.  Mr Zolotarzcuk and I were very proud of the enthusiasm both teams demonstrated representing our school beautifully!
