 Key Stage 1 teacher 

The opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Key Stage 1 teaching vacancy here at St Joseph’s to start 1^st January 2025 or sooner if possible. We are looking for an outstanding, enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to work in our lovely school, teaching a mixed Year 1 and 2 class.

The Governors are looking for a teacher who:

• is committed to promoting our Catholic Values and Jesuit identity
• has high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour
• has excellent teaching skills and ability to inspire the children whilst teaching a mixed age class
• has previous experience teaching Key Stage 1
• enjoys working collaboratively as part of a dedicated team
• is able to take on  subject leadership responsibilities – ideally the candidate will lead P.E. and Computing across the school
• will work as part of a team in a caring community.
