It's been another busy week in school and lots more learning fun in the EYFS class. We've had pattern making challenges, with house points being awarded for making repeating patterns with a range of resources. Party hats were made and the table set using pattern making skills, but the reception children followed Kipper's recipe for their cake making and made the sensible decision not to eat any! In addition, our reading and writing skills are progressing well and we have explored colour mixing to paint Autumn leaves and made some cute Autumn hedgehogs. There was also great excitement when a rainbow appeared on Thursday afternoon!
