In addition to Anti-bullying week, last week was also National Road Safety week. Our newly painted road markings couldn't have come at a better time and we were very lucky that Holly was able to come to talk to the EYFS children about keeping safe when crossing even the smallest of roads. As well as working at our school, Holly works as a lollipop lady, so she came along with her shortened lollipop stick and her bright jacket to demonstrate safe road crossing. The children enjoyed taking turns to be the lollipop man/lady and being mums/dads and children crossing the road. Thanks Holly!
